The imperiofrio.com website and programs offered under the Imperio Frío - SDR School brand are operated from Provincial Route 9, kilometer 42, Río Grande, San Luis, Argentina. These terms govern website access, inquiries, enrollment, and participation in training programs.

2. Program description

The main service is online training for Sales Development Representatives. The advertised cohort begins on October 26, 2026 and lasts approximately three months: two months of instruction and one month of practical training. Schedules, instructors, partner companies, and tools may change for academic or operational reasons without materially reducing the purchased offering.

3. Enrollment, availability, and payment

Enrollment is confirmed when Imperio Frío accepts the place and verifies the agreed payment. Prices, currency, installments, and applicable surcharges are disclosed before purchase confirmation. Places are limited to preserve support quality and practical-training availability.

4. Cancellation right

Consumers purchasing remotely may exercise any mandatory statutory cancellation right within the applicable period. The request does not require registration or an additional process. It can be started through the “Cancellation request” link on the home page or through the listed contact channel.

5. Changes, cancellations, and refunds

Outside any mandatory cancellation right, requests are assessed based on their timing, services already provided, and applicable consumer law. If Imperio Frío cancels a cohort without an equivalent alternative, it will communicate rescheduling or refund options.

6. Practice and employability

Practical training is intended to provide résumé-ready experience. Participation, incentives, and any potential hiring depend on performance, host-company terms, and open roles. The program does not guarantee employment, income, or hiring.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Materials, classes, trademarks, designs, and resources are for the student’s personal use. They may not be copied, resold, published, or distributed without authorization. Respectful and professional conduct is required in classes, communities, and practical training.

8. Personal data

Data is used to answer inquiries, manage enrollment, deliver the program, and send related communications. Data subjects may request access, correction, updating, or deletion under Argentine Law 25,326 through the website contact channels. Personal data is not sold.

9. Availability and third parties

The site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, practical-training companies, or payment providers. Each third party has its own terms. Imperio Frío takes reasonable continuity and security measures but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Governing law
